Sports Authority of India (SAI) seeks to recruit Coach Grade-III for appointment on purely contract basis. Initial period is one year.

Number of Vacancies / Pay Scale:
There are total 100 vacancies for the post of Coach. Pay Scale is PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200.

Archery -7 Posts, Athletics 2 Posts, Boxing – 20 Posts, Cycling-2 Posts, Fencing – 5 Posts, Hockey -6 Posts, Gymnastic-1 Post, Judo -4 Posts, Kayaking & Canoeing -3 Posts, Rowing -2 Posts, Shooting -7 Posts, Swimming & Diving -3 Posts, Taekwondo – 17 Posts, Volleyball -2 Posts, Weightlifting -3 Posts, Wrestling -7 Posts, Wushu -7 Posts.

Qualification:
Qualification required is Diploma in Coaching from SAI NS-NIS Patiala or from any other recognized University OR Participation in Olympics/ Asian Games/ World Championship in the related discipline with a Certificate Course in Coaching. Age limit is 30 years as on 1st Aug 2011.

How to Apply:
Application fee is Rs.500. No fee for SC/ST/Women/Ex-SM. Fee should be submitted through DD in favor of “Secretary, Sports Authority of India payable at New Delhi”.
