Rajasthan Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd (RVPNL) invites applications for recruitment 2011 of Junior Engineer-I (Elect./Mechanical/Civil/PLCC/C&I/FF). Online registration of applications is open from 12-30 July 2011.

Vacancies are in following Power Sector Companies of Rajasthan:

1. Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd.
2. Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd.
3. Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.
4. Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.
5. Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.

Age limit is 21-35 years.

Applications fee for UR is Rs. 1000 and for SC/ST/OBC/BC /SBC/PH, it is Rs. 500.

Candidates will be selected through written competitive examination. The medium of the written test will be ‘English’ only. It will be of objective type. Syllabus of the examination will be of the level of Graduation Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/PLCC/C&I/Fire Fighting).

The question paper will be of 2 ½ hours consisting of 125 marks of 100 questions. There will be no negative marking.

Selected Candidates will be initially engaged as “Probationer Trainee” for 2 years and during Probation Training they will be paid Rs.10,000 per month. After successful completion of training, they will be fixed in Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade pay Rs. 3200.
